浅论农村税费改革对教育财政体制的影响 摘 要:农村税费改革是我国农村经济(特别是农村财政体制)的又一重大变革,其对教育财政体制将产生哪些影响,效果如何?本文试图从基层实际运行的层面,分析农村税费改革的效果和对教育财政体制的影响,并提出改革农村教育财政体制的建议。 关键词:农村税费改革;教育财政体制;影响 On the Impact of Rural Fiscal Reform on the Financial System of Education Abstract: The Rural Fiscal Reform is another great change of the rural economy (especially rural financial system) of our country, which influence will it be produced to financial system of education, how is the result? This text attempts to analyze the result of Rural Fiscal Reform and impact on financial system of education from the aspect operated actually of basic unit, and put forward the suggestion of reforming the rural financial system of education.
