Introduction
House Angels is a domestic cleaning agency run by 45 year old Sarah Diaz. She is in her fourth month of trading and operates from her home office. Now she wants to expand her business and needs between 100-150 clients by the end of one year to reach her cash flow projections, as well as the same number of cleaners. Therefore, she needs to keep the detailed records about her clients and cleaners.
In the report, the risk assessment relating to the security issues, the future needs, training requirements, equipment costs and budget are discussed, the backup system and backup plan are proposed in details, finally recommendations about the whole equipments of House Agency are also suggested.
