从分布式认知理论探究教具在小学英语课堂的设计和应用

It is difficult to arouse students’ interests to learn English. It is essential to take some measures to arouse their interests, and make them know how to use teaching aids. For examples,offering the standard pronunciation of words and sentences through teaching aids; creating a standard English language learning environment for students by combining vivid pictures with material things;cultivating students’ learning interest and enthusiasm by carrying out a variety of communicative activities in class.
With the implement of the new curriculum standard, the students’ major roles are gradually stand out in teaching process. The new teaching process aims at achieving learning goal,and letting students experience the joy of success by the way of experience, practice, participation and cooperation. Teachers need to make full use of teaching resources to develop a channel for students to learn and apply English. It is essential to make English much closer to students’ life by teaching aids. With the application of teaching aids, students will study in a real and standard environment. It meets the requirement of the new curriculum standard and makes English learning colorful.
In America schools, educators are interested in teaching aids. They pay more attention to the methods of teaching. They try their best to make English class colorful. In their country, text books play an important role in education. Except text books, there are many other teaching aids such as map, model, video, tap, television, computer and so on. There are many school established instructional materials centers in America. There are many schools equip with televisions in America. Teachers and students make full use of the broadcasts. In addition,commercial stations also record many education programs such as news, music and so on.
Nowadays with the development of education, education becomes more and more important. Educators try their best to improve the quality of education. They try all kinds of teaching methods. Therefore, teaching aids become a good method in English teaching.The reasonable design and application of teaching aids in English class become a hot topic in education community.
