论有关地膜回收机的计算机辅助设计
【摘要】 随着计算机技术的飞速发展,CAD技术在机械设计领域中得到进一步发展。计算机辅助设计的应用范围已从二维发展到三维,从线性发展到非线性,从静态发展到动态,从部件发展到整机。目前,UG已经在机械设计中发挥了重要的作用,使机械设计提高到全新的水平。UG技术的应用使机械设计的功能和自动化水平大大提高,促进产品设计和机械工程的创新开发,提高社会经济效益。本文主要论述了如何使用UG软件对烟田地膜回收机进行三维建模,在此基础上完成对其零部件的虚拟装配,以及如何使用UG的运动分析模块完成对地膜回收机运动分析。1)利用UG系统本身强大的构造设计模型的可视信息功能,绘制地膜回收机的零件图,进行三维建模。2)通过调整运动范围或改进机构参数使虚拟样机达到性能、功能设计要求。根据功能要求,对设计方案进行仿真分析,以获得最优设计方案。3)通过发散性设计选定执行机构和运动方案,进行虚拟装配和运动仿真。从而提高机械产品开发的水平,缩短产品设计的周期。4)对链条式地膜回收机进行了试制。该机主要由地轮、起膜导轨、挑膜弹齿、起膜链轮、卸膜机构和集膜箱等组成。试验结果表明,该机适用行距900-1200 mm,适用垄高200-250 mm,作业速度1.5 km/h,地膜收净率91.2%。
【Abstract】 With the rapid development of computer technology, technology of computer aided design is further developed in the field of mechanical design. Scope of application of computer-aided design is developed from the two-dimensional to three-dimensional, from linear to nonlinear, from static to dynamic, from the components to the machine. At present, UniGraphics (UG) has played an important role in the mechanical design,and has been making mechanical design to a new level. Application of UG technology is greatly improved the mechanical design automation level and functionality, promoted the innovation development of the design and mechanical engineering, improved the social and economic benefits. The paper mainly discussed how to use the UG software to creat three-dimensional modeling for the machine of retrieving the used plastic film in tobacco field, then on this basis,the virtual assembly of its components was completed,and how to use UG movement analysis module to complete the motion analysis of plastic film retrieving machine.1)Using visual information functions of the powerful model for structural design in UG system was drawed parts diagram of plastic film retrieving machine, and creats three-dimensional model.2)By regulating the range of motion or improving organization parameters virtual prototype could meet the performance and functional design requirements. According to functional requirements, the simulation and analysis of design was carried on in order to obtain the optimal design.3)Implementing agencies and sports programs was selected by divergent design, and the virtual http://www.51lunwen.org/nykj/2012/0301/lw201203010937265376.html assembly and motion simulation was carried on. Thereby, the level of mechanical product development was increased and the product design cycle is shortened. 4)Chain-type plastic film retrieving machine han been in trial.The machine mainly composed by the wheel, the guide for rising film, the spring-finger, the sprocket for rising film, agencies for unloading and box for film collection and so on. The trial proved that the machine was applicable to the spacing from 900 to 1200 mm, the high ridge from 200 to 250 mm, operating speed of 1.5 km/h, the rate of plastic film recovery of 91.2%.
