观赏植物对重金属元素吸收状况的研究

摘 要 本文研究了成都理工大学校内植物中的Cu、Cd、Pb、Zn、Ni、Cr吸附程度。在实验中,我们采用分光光度法对Cr进行测定,对其余5种元素则采用原子吸收光谱法进行测定。研究结果表明:植物对重金属元素的吸附是呈草→灌木→乔木,吸附量逐渐减少;污染来源区域分析是从前校门→学生宿舍→砚湖,污染逐渐减小;植物对重金属吸附量的大小是Zn>Pb>Cu>Ni>Cr>Cd的趋势。 关键词: 成都理工大学 观赏植物 重金属吸附 Abstract The distributing character of Cu,Cd,Pb,Zn,Ni and Cr in plant of Chengdu University of Technology are researched in this paper.In the experimentation ,Cr is determined by Spectrometer and the other 5 elements are determined by atomic absorption spectrometer.The outcome suggests that the adsorption of heavy metal in plant gradually decrease from grass to bush to arbor. The pollute source analyze of dictrict gradually decrease from the front school gate to student dormitory to Yan Lake.The adsorption of heavy metal is Zn→Pb→Cu→Ni→Cr→Cd.
