本文是一篇研究初中英语教学的论文,本文以聊城市育才中学分层流动课堂教学实践为基础。经过一段时间的实验研究,发现分层流动课堂教学模式符合我校学生的实际情况,收到了预期的教学效果,但也存在一些不足。在这一章中,首先介绍了作者的主要发现,然后提出了研究的局限性。最后提出了进一步研究的建议。我校实施分层流动班教学后,实验班学生的英语总分较对照班有所提高。对英语更感兴趣的学生人数比以前增加了,尤其是B、C级学生。对英语不感兴趣的学生人数减少了。

The school in which the author works is a private school in Liaocheng, Shandong Province. In 2014, Liaocheng Education Bureau proposed a regulation on enrollment: Public and private schools must enroll exempted from examination at the compulsory education stage. If the number of applications exceeds the quota of enrollment, the applicants will be randomly assigned to other schools. In recent years, due to the effects of exemption from entrance examination and random assignments, there have been obvious and wide differences in students’ academic performance, especially in the English subject. Take the author’s school as an example; most of the classes have a serious polarization. Some students have a better sense of English but some students have no interest in English.
