Introduction
Since last century, Public Relations which is a kind of management activity intended to finish interaction with each other by transmission, has been gradually perfect with economic development and improvement of information technology, and countless companies such as Lock and Key which had been involved in window catches event, have avoided credit crisis because of successful Public Relations in the recent years (Calcagni, 2007). As we know, Public Relations consist of three elements: social organizations, communication and the public. Social organizations, in term of job objects, classified into government organization, manufacturing enterprise organization, Commercial services organization and institutions and public organization, features Common goals and unified actions; communication acted as a tie between subject and object, is a process containing transmission of information and share of information; the public featuring globality, intercommunity, relativity, diversity and variability, is a total of individuals, groups and other organizations which can exert a significant effect on a specific organization (Stoykov and Valeria, 2005). The three aspects are both United and changeful, which puts forward to a higher demand for coordination. Here I would like to take Lock and Key window catches for example to analyze critically the public action of Derby Zoo in the escape of Panthers baby.

Conclusion
Simply, the case indicates that the features of way to deal with emergency in order to get the public’s understanding and forgiveness are timely, acute and honest, then parties should coordinate to solve problems. Similarly, we also understand the radical means to solve problem is not to resolve but to prevent. Although people can understand the inevitability of emergence, they also query why we did not well before. So even if Lock and Key admitted the window catches having something to do with them, the public still doubt why they did not control strictly the quality of window catches. So in my opinion, values of social organizations are quite important in public relations. That company’s goals are guided by safeguard of the interests of customers can avoid the credit crisis.
