Abstract
Today our daily life can not leave business. Business makes a great contribution to the progress of the society. The globalization makes business develop much easier and faster. Especially business in China is growing extremely fast. Companies are looking for ways to bring business to success all the time. Many companies recognized team building is a good way to organize business. A team makes business effectively and efficiently. But it will cause free-rider problems if it is not good organized.
