法国资本主义论文-对于传统“垄断资本主义”理论再考France capitalism thesis-Both Marx and Lenin have conducted comprehensive systematic research about capitalism at their own times and have made landmark summaries and analyses.Compared to either capitalism in the middle period of 19th century when Marx published his first volume of "Das Kapital" or capitalism in the primary period of 20th century when Lenin published "Imperialism Discussed",contemporary capitalism has changed a lot.Those new changes need to be summarized and analyzed again.As for the capitalism development,the Chinese national dominant viewpoint is still in the "monopolistic capitalism theory" based on Lenin imperialism.The basic viewpoint still is: the centralization of production will lead to monopoly,then monopolistic level will unceasingly increase:first personal monopoly,then national monopoly,and finally international monopoly.The monopoly will tend to stagnation and decay and will aggravate all kinds of conflicts and contradictions in capitalism,but we cannot exclude that certain countries and certain industries will develop in certain periods.In contemporary capitalism the monopoly has achieved a new higher level.This opinion cannot give a convincing answer to some realistic questions,such as the question that because of the co-existence and absolute domination of small and medium-sized enterprises during the development period of big enterprises,the competition between them has become more intense instead of being suppressed;and the question that capitalism has flourished during its decay.So how can we track the overall tendency of capitalism development and give a scientific explanation?
Mr.Deng Xiaoping pointed out that the theme of present age is peace and development,not war and revolution.But nowadays capitalism has a leadership in the world,so how can we understand the deep roots of the theme of peace and development? Why does the traditional socialism system,which appeared as the replacement of monopolistic capitalism,have so many problems? What system is the new socialism market economy system which replaced the traditional system? How can we combine socialism and public-owned system with market economy?Those questions are crucial ones related to Marxist Theory and socialism’s future.The researchers of contemporary national Marxist Theory have the responsibility and obligation to give scientific answers to those questions.The purpose of this article is,according to the history of capitalism development,to have a new research about basic tendency,period division,system root,and eventual destination of development of the capitalist mode of production which formed after monopolistic stage to enrich and develop Marxism Theory and provide strong theoretical supports to the reform of contemporary socialism economic system and modern construction.This article consists of six parts-introduction--introduction,four major issues,and conclusion.The introduction discussed the background and meaning of the selected theme,previous research outcomes of the theme,their innovations and research methods.The first major issue is the basic tendency of the development of the capitalist mode of production—rethinking of monopoly.
