e act of attending a group session may cause some individuals to rehearse traumatic events who would not otherwise have done so (Miller, Michael Craig, 2009, p8).
However, we should be clear that it’s difficult to cure those people who suffer from a serious mental health. And those students who study mental health may feel hopeless, for the subject is too difficult to learn, and the mental problems are not easy to cure. For example, the emotional disorders and problems include anxiety, depression, phobias, compulsive disorder and posttraumatic stress disorder (Petrina Vousden, 2009, p.23). Some of the disorders are too hard to heal. And if members are fearful of being able to access mental health treatment, there could be serious repercussions in deployments, including the members suffering from conditions such as PTSD and other chronic mental illnesses that can make them hidden mental health casualties in combat( Visco, Rosanne, 2009,p.242).
For the reason that the subject is very difficult to learn, so this letter is to help the students to establish a correct concept of considering mental health as the sub-major or elective, and give some suggestions to them. Firstly, please be confident about them, and be sure that they can deal with the serious mental problems that some people are suffering from. Secondly, please don’t work for money, but work for the health of people. Thirdly, you must learn professional knowledge, enhance the identification of psychological crisis, the timely detection of mental illness and suicide crisis, and try to help them. In short, you should pay attention to the research on mental health, for developing a healthy mental quality is a very important task of modern society.

 Yours sincerely,
