Of particular focus will be how to reposition the older property assets which are ageing i.e. Our Flagship property, The Hopewell Centre, is thirty (30) years old. Whilst the property continues to receive good occupancy and rental returns for the group its iconic status could be enhanced to cater for guests of Hopewell Centre II, occupants of our neighbouring residential properties as well as users of our 60,000 Square metre, City Park.
For example;
· The opportunity to swim in one of the highest outdoor swimming pools in the world;
· Dine in the rebranded restaurant where the executive chief is world renowned – The group is in talks with celebrated brands such as Nobu, Wolfgang Puck and others;
· Cocktails in a bar with the best views of Hong Kong;
· Workout in one of world’s highest a gymnasiums and
· A free viewing deck by which to attract customers.
All this will be offered atop of the rebranded top floors of the Hopewell Centre.
Whilst we have concentrated heavily on the Hopewell Centre this report does also give an overview of our other older developments and our strategy for maximising their return. We are mindful of the environment and hence this strategy will be refurbishment and preservation rather than redevelopment.
This report relies heavily on our analysis of the feedback from various stakeholders and the projected business environment in the medium to longer term.
The group believes heavily in 本留学论文由留学论文网www.51lunwen.org提供the future of Wan Chai and its continuing transition and gentrification. We have the ability to offer high end Hotels, Grade A Commercial Space, Luxury City Living and exclusive Leisure Locations.
