目的:探讨轻度认知功能障碍(mild cognitive impairment, MCI)患者的定量脑电图功率谱特征,以期发现对MCI可能有辅助诊断价值的脑电图指标。
方法:本文研究对象共分三组分别为:MCI组(81人,其中 遗忘型60人,非遗忘型21人)、痴呆组(20人)和正常对照组(77人)。通过记录所有受试者在清醒、闭眼、安静状态下的脑电图信号,比较分析三组及MCI两个亚组间的主频分布,α频段、θ频段、δ频段相对功率值,以及α/θ、δ+θ/α+β功率比值。
结果:
(1)MCI组与正常对照组比较
MCI患者各脑区主频神经学硕士论文均为8-9Hz的慢α波,较对正常照组轻度减慢,但是两组间的差异无统计学意义。MCI组δ频段相对功率值与正常对照组比较也无显著差异。但是,MCI组α频段相对功率值下降、θ频段相对功率值增高,α/θ值下降,δ+θ/α+β值升高与对照组比较差异具有显著性。
(2)MCI组与痴呆比较
痴呆组较MCI组主频减慢,α频段相对功率值下降,θ频段、δ频段相对功率增高,α/θ值下降,δ+θ/α+β值增高,两组间的差异有显著性。
(3)MCI亚组间的比较
MCI两个亚组,即遗忘型MCI组与非遗忘型MCI组的主频分布,α频段、θ频段、δ频段相对功率值,以及α/θ、δ+θ/α+β功率比值差异无显著性。
结论:
(1)MCI患者的脑波慢化程度介于正常老化与痴呆之间;
(2)α频段相对功率值、θ频段相对功率值及α/θ、δ+θ/α+β功率比值可能是对MCI具有辅助诊断价值的定量脑电图指标;
(3)遗忘型MCI与非遗忘型MCI之间,脑电图功率谱没有显著差异。

Abstract
Objective: Quantitative EEG power spectral characteristics of patients with mild cognitive impairment(MCI) of was studied in this passage, in order to find pairs of MCI which may be the diagnostic value towards the EEG indices.
Methods: This study were divided into three groups: MCI group (81 people, including 60 people with amnestic, non-amnestic 21), the dementia group (20 people) and normal control group (77 people). Through the record of all patients under the state of the awake, eyes closed, quiet state of the EEG signal, we comparative analysis of three groups and two subgroups of MCI the major frequency distribution, α-band, θ band, δ band relative power values, and α / θ, δ + θ / α + β-power ratio.
Result:
 (1) Comparison between MCI group and the normal control group.
The major frequency distribution of MCI patients with different brain regions are clocked at slow α wave which is blong to 8-9Hz, and it is slower compared with normal control group slightly, while the difference is not statistically significant. There is no significant difference between the δ band relative power value of MCI group and the normal control group.However, α band relative power of MCI group is decreased, θ band relative power values increased, α / θ values decrease, δ + θ / α + β value increased compared with the control group ,and the difference is significant.
 (2) Comparison between MCI group and the dementia group.
The major frequency distribution of dementia group is slower than MCI group, and the α band relative power was decreased, θ band, δ band relative power increase, α / θ values decrease, δ + θ / α + β value increased, the difference between the two groups was significant .
 (3) Comparison between MCI subgroups.
MCI two subgroups are non-amnestic MCI group and amnestic MCI group frequency distribution. The difference of the major frequency distribution, α-band, θ band, δ band relative power values, and α / θ, δ + θ / α + β-power ratio between the two subgroups was not significant.
Conclusion:
(1) The EEG degradation degree of MCI patients range between the normal aging and the dementia;
(2) The α-band relative power value, θ band relative power values and α / θ, δ + θ / α + β power ratio may be the diagnosis of MCI with assisted quantitative EEG indicators;
(3) There is no significantly difference between non-amnestic MCI and amnestic MCI in the EEG power spectrum.
