then search the optimal motion vector in the small range with traditional fast ME algorithm. The computation complexity of our algorithm is far less than traditional fast ME algorithms such as Three Step Search (TSS).
In the end of this paper, we gave a integrate scheme for PC screen transmission on LN. It used different data compression algorithm for two type of PC screen image. It kept high image quality for CGI picture as well as high compression ratio for active image.
All of the algorithms mentioned in this paper has been realized on PC and applied in multimedia electronic class. Simulation results show the efficiency of our algorithm.
