摘要 本文回顾了环氧树脂的发展和概况,综述了高压陶瓷电容器及其包封技术,讨论了材料组正、工艺因素等对器件性能的影响,概述了局部放电理论及其检测技术。试验研究了电容器外包封材料和包封工艺对局部放电性能的影响,分析讨论了不同电压下各种试样的局部放电特性。通过对电容器试样的局部放电谱图的分析,得出了不同包封材料的电容器试样放电性能的差异,并分析了不同因素对局部放电性能的影响。 关键字 陶瓷电容器 包封 局部放电 Abstract This text has looked back general situation and the development of epoxy resin , has summarized the porcelain and ceramics capacitor and it of high voltage to wrap technology , has discussed material to organize the straight, technology influence of factor etc. for device property, general state end department discharge theoretical and its detection technology. Test to study the influence that wraps material besides capacitor and wrap technology game department discharge property , analyse to discuss different voltage to take off the property of partial discharge of various samplings. Through the analysis of the table picture of partial discharge for capacitor sampling, have reached the discrepancy of the different capacitor sampling discharge property that wraps material and have analysed the influence of different factor game department discharge property.
