玉华隧道电力监控系统

中文摘要：随着工业自动化的日益广泛应用，PLC在各个工业领域的使用也日益频繁。PLC的地位也与日俱增。PLC能够适应恶劣的工业环境，对控制要求的软件实现更容易达到等优点，使得PLC成为方案选择时优先考虑对象。本毕业设计做的是福银高速公路在福建省内的二期工程，电力监控系统中玉华隧道自动化控制部分。内容包括对隧道内设备的自动控制、隧道内的通讯、设备控制层的上位机设计。通过西门子系列S7-200PLC对隧道内设备的控制点和反馈点进行采集，编辑程序载入PLC的CPU中实现自动化控制。把隧道内所有PLC联入工业快速以太网，组成环网实现隧道内部网络通讯。面板设计属于工业监控设备的第二层，为现场设备级的操作人员进行控制和监视用，主站用触摸屏设计控制，从站用文本显示器进行控制和监视。

English summary: Widely applies day by day along with the industrial automation, PLC day by day is also frequent in each industry domain use. The PLC status also grows day by day. PLC can adapt to the bad industry circumstances, is easier to the control request software realization to achieve and so on the merit, causes PLC becomes when the plan choice first to consider the object. This graduation project does is the lucky silver highway in Fujian Province second phased project, in the electric power supervisory system the jade China tunnel automation control section. Content including to tunnel in equipment automatic control, tunnel communication, device control level on position machine design. The equipment control point and the feedback spot carries on gathering through Simens series S7-200PLC to the tunnel in, the edit routine writes down in PLC CPU to realize the automated control. All PLC unites into the industry fast ethernet the tunnel in, composes the ring net realization tunnel interior network communication. The kneading board design belongs to the industry monitoring equipment second, carries on the control and the surveillance for the scene equipment level operator uses, the master station with touches the screen design control, carries on the control and the surveillance from the station with the text monitor.
