一平苏对血管迷走性晕厥疗效观察

【摘要】 目的 观察了一平苏对血管迷走性晕厥疗效。方法 对86例倾斜试验阳性的血管迷走性晕厥患者给予一平苏2.5mg/日口服，3月后复查倾斜试验并随访。结果 除7例有咳嗽或其他等原因退出试验外，余79例倾斜试验阴转率为75.95%，服药期间随访无一例晕厥。治疗前卧位平均血压为121/73mmHg，治疗后为120/76mmHg，前后比较无显著差异（P>0.05）。心率在治疗前后分别为68.63±12.37/min、70.13±13.15/min，两者无显著差异（P>0.05）。结论 一平苏可以作为治疗血管迷走性晕厥的有效药物，副作用小，对正常血压和心率无影响。

Evaluation of cilazapril in vasovagal syncope treatment

[Abstract] Objective To evaluate cilazapril in vasovagal syncope treatment. Methods 86 cases of VVS patients who had been positive in TTT were medicated with cilazapril 2.5mg daily for three months and followed up with TTT review. Results 7 cases quited due to cough or unexplained reasion, and other 79 VVS patients were not discovered faint and meanwhile 75.95% TTT were changed into negative after 3 months therapy. The mean values of blood pressure taken in lying position were compared between previous and following intervention, which were 121/73mmHg and 120/76mmHg respectively (P>0.05). The mean heart rates were 68.63±12.37/min and 70.13±13.15/min respectively with no significant changes (P>0.05). Conclusion Cilazapril was effective in treatment of VVS in which it didn't affect normal blood pressure and heart rate with safe and little side effects.
