Introduction
In the global environment, every industry is involved in effective competition. The competitive power not only relies on its internal effective environment of individual firms, but also on the external factors of the whole industry and global markets. (Piggott & Cook, 2006) The automobile industry is one of the showiest business sectors. As is seen, the environmental issues have become a key element in the automobile business. The questions are what the good environment provides to the automobile era and how it has impact on the development of the car business.
The purpose of this article is to analyze the European business environment and its significance through the European automobile industry. In the first place, this article presents some terse perspectives about the international business environment from the literatures, such as its significance and impacts to the business, and its types and functions. Then, the focus is put on the Europe. Fist, this article presents the EU policies and its significance to the European business environment. Next, this article combines the European automobile industry to explain how the EU policies and European environment play a role in automobile industry.
