摘要
在目前铸造领域中,计算机数值模拟技术使得金属凝固过程的控制和研究进入了一个崭新的阶段,在这种技术的应用中,铸件和铸型材料的热物性参数,是影响模拟精度的重要因素,所以,获得准确的相关数据就是进行有效模拟的前提条件。由于材料的物性参数是随着温度时刻变化,采用变物性参数可进一步缩小模拟结果与实际间的差异。
本文从清华大学机械工程系计算机辅助铸造研究室开发的数据库系统出发,对原有的数据库的材料数值进行了大量的分析,发现原有数据库存在一些缺点,于是提出改进方案,从而建立起一个新的基于Microsoft Access的关系数据库。在使用计算机自动完成数据从原数据库到新数据库的传递后,用VC6.0建立起一个更加有效的、查找更加方便的管理系统。
在开发过程中,以快速原型的方法为指导,以用户实际需要为基础,基于Windows 98/Windows 2000环境,采用了MFC可视化编程技术以及结构化和面向对象设计技术,具有良好的用户界面和程序的易读、易修改性。

Abstract
In the casting area,it is the computer simulation technology that makes the study and control of casting solidification process come into a new stage. Because the thermal properties of casting alloys and molding materials are the key factors which affect the simulation accuracy, acquiring full and accurate input data is a prerequsite for the successful simulation results.Because the thermal properties of materials are time-depandent,it’s possible to increase the accurateness of numerical simulation with the variable thermal properties.
Based on the thermal property database which was developed in previous work, comprehensive analyses and useful improvement were made.In this course,some weakness was find.To get rid of these,a new Relational Database Systems was built.Automaticly committing all the datas from the previous database file to the new relational database file with a program,a more efficient DBMS was built based on the previous work.
The database system was developed by the MFC Visual-Programming technique,SADT and OPP under Windows 98/ Windows 2000 environment with a user-friendly interface and more comprehensible,modifiable codes.
